The FCRP Chairman is the Chief Executive Officer of the FCRP. As such, the Chairman presides at all FCRP meetings and events, and is responsible for the general direction of the party.

First Vice Chairman: Tom Saltino, Saltino9529@comcast.net The FCRP First Vice Chairman serves as the Parliamentarian and Program Director for the FCRP. As such, the First shall see to it that all meetings are ran properly, and establish and implement programs for the monthly meetings of the FCRP.

Third Vice Chairman: Sheila T. May, stmay64@yahoo.com The FCRP Third Vice Chairman serves as Publicity Coordinator for the FCRP. As such, the Third shall oversee the communication to the media, candidates, and membership.

I vote for Bill Clinton because I thought he was a "cool man." He was on MTV and focused on my age group at that time. After one year of Bill Clinton I was embarrassed that I actually voted for someone because he was on MTV. So I have worked on every GOP campaign since then. I was most active in George W. Bush's first presidential campaign.
Governing Bodies
The FCRP has two standing permanent committees, the Floyd County Republican Party County Committee and the Floyd County Republican Party Executive Committee. The Executive Committee is comprised of all officials listed above. The County Committee is made up of the Executive Committee, any officer or committee member of the national, state or district committee, all Republican elected office holders, and the immediate past chair (for one year after the expiration of his term). The Executive Committee meets every third Wednesday of the month and the County Committee meets once a year, at the call of the Chairman.
