Floyd County Delegates met many great leaders, including former Congressman J.C. Watts, at the 2009 State GOP Convention in Savannah.

 

Forty delegates and alternates from Floyd County attended the 2009 11th District Convention held in Dallas, Georgia. At the convention the following Floyd GOPers were elected to the district and state committee: Allen Haggerstrand (District Corresponding Secretary), Mike Morton (State Committee), Adam Clemons (State Committee), Martha Bryant (State Committee), Tom Saltino (District Committee), Ansley Saville (District Committee), and Elaine Watson (District Committee).
